Last week Steven, my best friend Hellen's son turned 7. She asked me to make a new canvas for his room. I mad 1 years ago with a picture of him when he was 2, so time for a new one. The theme was tools, because he love them.
This way for trouble ;)  I used lots of sprayink, love this little tools fro Crate paper.

 

 

I'm suffering from heavy backpains :(   No fun, I don't know how to sleep at night everything hurts, no matter how I lay. I got diclofenac from my doctor yesterday and I got an xray made, hope it gets better soon. It has something to do with my SI joint.

Another printerbox

After I made my 7G printerbox project (see this post) and hang it on my livingroom wall, I was so happy with it. So I decided to make another one. This time a white tray, I wanted to hang it on our (newly) gray painted kitchenwall and wanted to use only papers and a little bit of embelishments. But when Etienne saw the result he asked why are there no pictures in it? So it added 1 picture, because he was right (a little ;) ) This is the result:

Printerbox project

Last month Studio Calico (my favorite kit club :) ), had a project add-on whit a printerbox. At first I didn't want to buy it, you know the expensive december month... But, Petra asked me to order 'some' things from SC, correction I offered to order it (they have flat shipping rates which is nice :) ). But OK she was also ordering the project add-on, so I thought what the heck and ordered another one.

When it came in I couldn't be happier, (really that box is happy mail which brightens my day =) )
To go short I really did something with it, i.s.o. only thinking about it (you know that, or am I the only one...)

I used picture of our summerholiday at my parents property in France (I was in use of some sun , with al the snow around here). This is the result, what you think?

Thanks for looking, next post some of my latest LO's. I don't know what it is but I'm really on a roll lately, I'm not complaning.

I counted the LO's I made last year it was around 110, more then I thought. How much did you made. Maybe I do a favorite LO's post, I have been seeing much lately on other blogs.

So what have we done the last month, lots!!

We celebrated Sinterklaas at my work, at daycare (T), at school (C).

We celebrated pakjesavond(presentevening 5 dec.) at our friends home, were Sinterklaas also came to visit us himself. Look at Camiels face...

Tristan was a little afraid.
They got lots of presents!
We had sick boys.
We had a birthday boy, 5 years already. He loved his present (hotweels track), yes more presents...

Building a snowman. Which had disappeared the next morning, I didn't know snowmen could walk...

Droomland (dreamland)

I wanted to document the sleepinghabits of Tristan. I used 3d foam for the clouds, love the effect.

Celebration at Camiel's school, kind of Halloween but without te dressing up part.

Love the fun effect of the background paper (BG), although I also love the backside of this paper. But I needed to choose ;) The monthstamp(s) is by Studio Calico (love it!)

Tree/boom
I was in a creative mood, so I made 2 these canvases (I think) for our living room. I used lots of gesso and Claudia Helmut multi medium matte. On both I used a quote about trees, 1 in dutch and 1 in english.

Had this pictures as left over of gifts we gave the baby's at daycare when he move over to the toddlers. I wanted to used them to document that. I used doileys, multi-medium matte and mist as background. Again in a creative mood ;)

So that's it for now. I have lots more older Lo that I didn't show yet. Maybe in a later post, wish I was better in posting, but I just hate adding pictures in blogger, is that only me. Especially when you have lots. Maybe there is a better way, I don't know how.

Canvas

So you all had a good weekend? We were at the beach today at 'Hoek van Hollan'd'. The weathe was really nice, I even went barefoot into the sea together with Camiel. It was lots of fun.


A few months ago I mentioned I was busy with a canvas for my parents to hang in their house in France. So they don't forget about us :D (my little family and my sister). .I finally finished it and gave it to them, they loved it. I forgot to take pictures, so I did made some at night at my parents house with their camera, so the pics are not the best and I forgot to take picture of the little minibook that is inside the house with more pictures of us. It is a big canvas, i don't know the size anymore, I think 50x50 cm (20x20 inch). I made the stems with our names (in case they really can't remember ;) ) with Dymo label. The base of the house is a filefolder in which I put a minibook.
